Wednesday classes
As of beggining of November 2 new classes have started on Wednesday night at The Harvey Lowe
Pavilion.MMA 7:30 to 8:30 &BJJ 8:30 to 9:30.These classes will be focusing mainly on technique with alot of personal instruction,hope to see you there.I have a new price structure with alot of different options of payment.Members paying on a monthly basis will really benifit,ask me for more info or grab a brochure
at training.Remember Effort = Results.
