End of year grading dates are as follows.Mixed Martial Arts Monday 10/12/2007 at 7:30pm.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Monday 17/12/2007 at 6:15pm.All welcome at gradings,it is a free training
session for people not grading & a great way to see some great technique from higher grades.
BJJ class is still on as per usual 10/12/2007 before MMA grading.MMA class is still on as per
usual 17/12/2007 after BJJ grading.Some of the guys have been training really hard & I have
seen a huge improvement,keep up the good work.
