For those of you that want to keep training whilst the show is on,
we will be meeting at the entrance of Fred Caterson Reserve, Caterson
Road Castle Hill on Monday 25-02-08 & Friday 29-02-08 at 6:30pm.
This is a good chance to get out of the gym & experience some training
in a real world atmosphere.
