Due to the lose of classes at Castle Hill caused by the Good Food Fair the MMA grading will be put back 1 week to 8/12/08 to allow for some extra training & to make sure everyone knows the appropiate techniques.
Even though I have been busy with other classes, seminars & privates, I must say, there's nothing quite like training with my hardcore bunch. So get back to training & lets put in a big effort in the weeks remaining before the Christmas spirit takes over.
For everyone that has enjoyed the crossover classes on the last few Friday's, make sure you attend this Friday as I will be doing some more advanced moves & review on crossover.
