Congratulations to everyone that recently graded in MMA. The overall standard & particularly the sparring was exceptional.
Some are scared away by this sort of training & some never try it for many reasons, mainly ego & ignorance. The people
that remain on the mat day after day are extraordinary open minded people with great drive & a thirst for knowledge. These
are sort of people that I choose to surround myself with, life is just simply too short to settle for second best. So to all that graded
& all that turn up to train day in day out, I take my hat off to you. You really are EXTRAORDINARY people.
