Last night I had the absolute pleasure of promoting two new blue belts, Robert Sabbaruddin & Andrew Fu. Two of my most dedicated students, these guy's are core members of our club & head our competition team. Their thirst for knowledge is uncompromised & I can honestly say that it is a privilege to be helping them in their martial arts journey, they represent the very heart of our club. Wear your new belts with pride, you both thoroughly deserve your rank.
Friday night saw the last training session for Scotsman Gary Mcquade, who has now left our shores with work commitments overseas. Gary was put through his paces, demonstrating some excellent technique & showing off some very spirited wrestling. At the end of the night he was awarded 3 stripes on his white belt. You will be surely missed in class, I wish you all the best in your future endeavors & hope to hear from you soon.
