After an unwanted break it's time to reassemble the mats & get back to training. Mat reassembly at the Horticulture Pavilion Tuesday 24-03-2009 from 6:00pm, AS MUCH HELP AS POSSIBLE NEEDED. We had a very poor attendance from our club for the disassemble, (only Dave & myself, thanks Dave) It's an unwanted job, but it has to be done, so please make an effort to turn up. Training as per normal, starting Wednesday 25-03-2009.

John Hatch & Robert Sabbaruddin are fighting MMA at War on the North Shore, Manly leagues club this Friday night. Tickets can be bought from me or at the door for $40. Either be there to support our fighters or be on the mat training as usual. Good luck guy's.
