Unfortunately I've been unable to secure an alternative venue to train in during the show, so normal training will re-commence Wednesday 17/03/10. I will still be at Riley's Gym Thusday 6-7pm.

Rob's shooto match has been cancelled due to a lack of fighters. Thanks to everyone that has been helping with his training, although this is clearly very disappionting for Rob he has no doubt moved up a level & is looking forward to his next fight.
